Project Manager

Job Description:
We are a young company looking for good people to help us get through the growing pains.

The ideal candidate should be very creative and customer focused -- not necessarily a technical primadona, but someone who is interested in creating the best possible solution for the customer. Must be able to take the time to explain things to clients, honest and reliable.

We will rely on your expertise to manage the ongoing details of a software system's project life cycle. You will interface with clients to define objectives, timelines and key milestones for projects. Candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and oral and written communication skills will be essential as you articulate clients needs to the development team.

Requirements:
A BA/BS or equivalent and 2 or more years of project management experience, preferably in the software industry are required. Should have broad knowledge of PC and Web technology. Knowledge of the not-for-profit industry is a big plus.
