EASY REGISTER™ exhibitor registration is
secure, quick and accurate.

EASY REGISTER™.
Additional preferences are assigned (via other screens) to limit the number of
complimentary registrations per exhibitor.


Exhibitor Setup :

  • Set up basic contact information and password access for exhibitors.
  • Specify number of booths assigned to an exhibitor.
  • Specify number of complimentary registrations allowed per registered booth.
  • EASY REGISTER™ will keep track of complimentary registrations. The system will automatically begin charging exhibitor staff once allotted number of complimentary registration has been exceeded.

Exhibitor Registration:

  • All registrations go into one central database.
  • Exhibitors may register online via the Web and pay by credit card or simply fax or mail their registration and pay by check, cash or credit card.
  • Ability to process complimentary registrations.
  • Capture individual exhibitor staff contact, address and email information.
  • Registration Fees automatically reflect exhibitor complimentary or non-complimentary pricing. Early Bird, Regular or Late Registration will display based on the date of registration.
  • Exhibitors may sign up for functions, select number of tickets and Entrée choices if applicable.
  • Specify special requirements.
  • Exhibitors select method of registration confirmation (email, fax or mail). Exhibitors may also receive a unique PIN# to identify them when contacting a housing bureau.
  • Exhibitors select method of payment and process credit cards in real-time.*
  • All credit card transactions are encrypted and protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates to increase the confidence of your attendees.
  • Registrants receive a custom confirmation screen message upon completion of registration.
